Do your wrists sometimes hurt while exercising? A set of wrist straps might be able to help. These straps wrap around your wrist, limiting its range of motion and supporting the joint. This reduces the strain on the joint when training with heavy weights. Wrist straps are most effective for workouts that put pressure on the wrists, such as bench presses or dips.
The wrist strap has a loop that goes around the thumb, then the 8cm wide strap is wrapped tightly around the wrist and held in place at the end with Velcro.
