Shipping Policy

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible so you receive your products as quickly as possible. Normally, this means that all orders for which we have received payment confirmation will be shipped the same or no later than the next business day (if in stock). For orders within the Netherlands, you can choose to ship via DHL or PostNL, which always includes track & trace. Internationally, we ship via DHL, which also always includes track & trace.

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please report this as soon as possible, but no later than two weeks, so that it can be returned or exchanged. Products may only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in their original packaging.

With an eye to the environment and sustainability, we reuse boxes and packaging materials. Our priority is that your product arrives safely and undamaged, but it's possible your package will arrive in an older box or one with different advertising on it.
