Water weight ball – Adjustable weight medicine ball (1–13 kg)

The water weight ball is a great addition to any gym, whether home or professional. An aquabag is a sturdy PVC ball that can be filled with water. By varying the amount of water, the ball can be made lighter or heavier, from 1 to 13 kilos! 

The ball has a diameter of approximately 30cm with two sturdy neoprene handles to control or catch the bag during exercises. 

What distinguishes the aquabag from a traditional powerbag is that the weight can be adjusted as needed and the water can move freely, shifting the ball's center of gravity in all directions. This instability engages a wider range of muscles and results in more intense muscle contraction.
