The push-up is one of the most well-known bodyweight exercises and is ideal for training the chest, shoulders, and arms. With a set of push-up supports, this exercise can be made even more intense.
The push-up handles provide extra height, allowing you to go deeper and work your muscles over a wider range of motion. By rotating the handles and adjusting their spacing, you can also shift the focus to specific muscle groups. A wider grip focuses more on the pecs, while a narrower grip focuses more on the triceps. Rotating the handles also engages the back and shoulders more.
