The push-up is one of the most well-known bodyweight exercises and is ideal for training the chest, shoulders, and arms. A wider grip focuses more on the pecs, while a narrower grip focuses more on the triceps. Rotating the handles also tightens the back and shoulders. This board allows you to set the handles in specific positions so you can train the targeted muscle groups even more effectively.
The push-up supports also provide extra height, allowing you to go deeper and work your muscles over a greater range, making it harder than a regular push-up.
