This handy kit is designed to help you set up your own cable pulley system at home. The pulley is hung up, and the cable is then routed over it. On one end of the cable is a loading pin, where you can load the desired weight of weight plates. On the other end of the cable, you can perform a wide variety of exercises with the tricep rope or pulldown bar.
The set includes a second pulley that can be mounted at a lower point. By mounting the second pulley at a lower point, you can also perform exercises where the cable moves up or sideways, more than doubling the number of different exercises possible!
