EMS stands for Electronic Muscle Stimulation. Small electrical impulses are delivered to the skin through the mat at different locations and in different patterns, resulting in different ways in which the muscle or muscles being treated are tensed.  

These different patterns and tensions activate the muscles in various ways, which can lead to different results. For example, a relaxing massage can be given after a long workday, or an intensive workout can help build muscle. During rehabilitation, this can also be a valuable support to help you get back to normal faster. Muscle activation also stimulates blood circulation, which also benefits the results.

With 8 different patterns and 19 intensity levels, this device offers enough possibilities for many different applications. 

The device has its own battery and can be charged via USB. After 15 minutes of use, the system automatically switches off. Depending on the selected program and intensity, the device can be used approximately 10 times on a full charge. 

The device has a pad that can be attached to the skin with an adhesive layer. The pad transmits electrical impulses to the skin, activating the underlying muscle. The closer the pad is to the muscle, the greater the activation. 

The adhesive layer will gradually lose its adhesive strength with use. By keeping it clean and using it only on clean skin, its lifespan can be significantly extended.
