The wrist twister is an effective way to train your forearms. A weight can be hung on the hook, and you can lower and raise it by turning the handles. This movement requires your forearms to work hard, and you'll quickly start to burn out.
The pin has a diameter of approximately 68mm at the bottom, allowing it to accommodate all types of weight plates with an inner diameter of up to 50mm. With a maximum weight capacity of 18kg, this will provide more than enough challenge for forearm training.
The weight hangs from a wide band that runs over an eccentric mount, varying the resistance during the exercise, further increasing the challenge. The band is 94cm long, and at the lowest point, you can continue rotating it, causing the band to roll in the opposite direction, applying a slightly different load to your forearms. The total width is 40cm, with two wide handles for a firm grip.
