Chest expander – Resistance band set with handles

This chest expander is a multifunctional elastic band set with handles that allows for a wide variety of exercises. By grabbing both handles, you can perform back and shoulder exercises by spreading your arms, as well as chest presses. By standing in the loop, you can perform rows, arm raises, and bicep curls. An additional strap with a clip is also included, allowing the set to be used as a support for pull-ups. 

The set includes three elastic bands that together provide nearly 70 kg of resistance. The bands can be individually removed to adjust the resistance to your desired level. A cover around the bands prevents them from becoming damaged or stretched beyond their maximum capacity.
