Bulgarian water bag – Adjustable weight fitness bag (1–12.5 kg)

The Bulgarian water bag is a great addition to any gym, whether home or professional. An aqua bag is a sturdy PVC balloon that can be filled with water. By varying the amount of water, the bag can be made lighter or heavier, from 1 to 12.5 kilos! 

The water bag has a width of 69cm and a maximum diameter of 19cm with two sturdy neoprene handles and two longer loops to control the bag during exercises. 

What distinguishes the aquabag from a traditional powerbag is that the weight can be adjusted as needed and the water can move freely, shifting the bag's center of gravity in all directions. This instability engages a wider range of muscles and results in more intense muscle contraction.
